• The first session is a chance to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your concerns, history, and goals, and we’ll explore how therapy might support you.

  • Therapy can be especially valuable during the fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey. These seasons of life often bring big emotions, hope, grief, stress, and change that can feel overwhelming to carry alone. Whether you’re navigating infertility, loss, pregnancy, or adjusting to parenthood, therapy offers a safe place to process, build coping tools, and feel supported through the ups and downs.

  • Yes. I offer secure online sessions for clients across Ontario using the Jane App client management software, making therapy more accessible and flexible.

  • No, I currently offer sessions exclusively online. Many of my clients find it more convenient and comfortable to meet this way! No commuting, easier scheduling, and the ability to connect from the privacy of your own space.

  • Most sessions are 50 minutes, though longer sessions may be available for couples or specific needs.

  • Both. I work with individuals and couples, especially around fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and relationship concerns.

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly through my site (top right).

  • Many insurance plans in Ontario cover psychotherapy by Registered Psychotherapists. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your coverage.

  • I offer a free consultation so you can ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and decide if it feels like a good fit.
