With supportive, trauma-informed therapy, I’ll help you feel grounded and cared for through infertility, IVF, and loss.

    Pregnancy and parenthood are two of life’s biggest transitions, and it’s normal if it feels heavier than you expected (not just literally). I’ve been through it twice myself, and I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help you find steadiness and care for your mental health along the way.

I blend evidence-based therapies with a warm, down-to-earth style to meet you exactly where you are. Whether we're working through anxiety, grief, relationship stress, or big life transitions, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Solution-Focused work to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.
